Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you total authority over your email mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponders and shield your e-mail accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming emails based on certain rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply choose the e-mail box you want to forward email messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest.
